Organic Tea Tree Oil

Land Art’s Tea Tree Oil, also known as Melaleuca Oil, is cultivated and harvested in wild regions of Australia. The arid conditions (naturally occurring), hand harvesting and a long distillation process yield a 100 % pure essential oil which is highly concentrated in active components.

Tea tree oil is a large spectrum antifungal agent. It is ideal for treating athlete’s foot and acne.

Dosage and how to use

• Children and adolescents (1 to 17 years old) : consult a healthcare practitioner.
• Adults (topical) : For fungal nail infections, apply the oil sparingly on each affected nail twice a day or according to the directives given by a healthcare practitioner.
• To treat acne : thoroughly clean the skin before applying the product. Mix 1 ml of essential oil in 20 ml of a supporting agent (olive oil for example) to create a 5 % dilution, and apply the product to affected areas 1 to 3 times a day or according to the directives given by a healthcare practitioner.

Precautions and warnings

• Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen and before using the product if you suffer from epilepsy. Do not apply to broken skin. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly. Do not take orally. If accidental ingestion should occur, consult a doctor or contact a poison control center immediately. Avoid exposing affected areas to the sun. If irritation persists, consult a healthcare practitioner.
