Yet many people underestimate the full range of its benefits. The <strong data-start=\"554\" data-end=\"576\">optimal daily dose<\/strong> is still debated.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"598\" data-end=\"711\">Vitamin D plays a key role in immunity and calcium absorption.
