Reduce the heat and mash the peach pieces well with a wooden spoon. Once the sugar is fully dissolved, remove from heat and let sit for about 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"562\" data-end=\"683\">Steep the black tea in hot water for 4\u20135 minutes. Once steeped, strain the leaves using a fine sieve, then refrigerate.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"685\" data-end=\"846\">When the peach mixture is lukewarm, strain it as well (keep the cooked peaches \u2014 they\u2019re delicious with ice cream!). Add the vanilla extract, then refrigerate.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"848\" data-end=\"969\">To serve, mix the <a href=\"https:\/\/landart.ca\/en\/product\/cranberry\/\">cranberry<\/a> into the cold tea, then add the peach syrup to taste.
