On en trouve dans la peau, dans les cheveux, les ongles, les os, les tissus musculaires et le cartilage. Le collag\u00e8ne joue un r\u00f4le important en permettant aux tissus de s&#8217;\u00e9tirer avec \u00e9lasticit\u00e9 et en assurant l&#8217;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 structurelle du corps. La prot\u00e9ine de nos os est compos\u00e9e \u00e0 90% de collag\u00e8ne, ce qui leur permet, dans la plupart des cas, d\u2019\u00eatre flexibles et de se plier au lieu de casser.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pourquoi prendre du collag\u00e8ne suppl\u00e9mentaire? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En vieillissant, notre corps produit moins de collag\u00e8ne, avec une baisse de 1% par an apr\u00e8s l&#8217;\u00e2ge de 30 ans.
