I don't know if it's because I work in customer service that it strikes me more or if it's because I talk about well-being and health all day long, but I have the impression that right now, everyone in their own way is a bit fed up and at the end of their rope.
Fed up with the tough winter we have this year with its record snowfalls and cold weather. Fed up with the routines, traffic and long working days. Fed up with the children’s homework, evening crises and family management. Phew! I'm just dizzy just writing it!
Let’s be honest, it's not because we're used to winter, the cold and the shorter days in Quebec, that we're liking it! We just don't have a choice....
We adapt and put ourselves on automatic pilot and let ourselves be guided by the daily flow until we hit a wall and realize that we are exhausted, that we are beaten! We need a little kick, and even if spring doesn't seem that far away, our battery is down and the backup battery is empty!
That's when I asked myself what could give me a good "bloodblow", a boost. What does my body really need right now to feel better, more active and more focused (apart from the sun and a hot sandy beach!)?
Before I continue, I need to clarify something: NOTHING can replace natural food – a healthy, diversified and complete diet. It is much more beneficial for the body than any supplement, but that being said, it is not always easy to do!
Also, there are some vitamins that are taking a blow these days. Our soils are getting poorer because of monocultures and pesticides and the meat we eat often comes from industrial farms where the animals themselves are deficient. Moreover, there are also all the miracle diets many follow without knowing all the negative effects their bodies can suffer from.
But let's move on to solutions! I looked at a vitamin complex that, OMG, could meet several of the needs I mentioned above: the B-Complex energy from Land Art Canada. Without getting too technical, I will give you the main highlights of this famous group of essential vitamins.
First, the B-vitamin complex refers to all 8 B-vitamins. There are B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B5 (pantothenic acid), B6 (pyridoxine), B8 (biotin), B9 (folic acid) and vitamin B12 (cobalamin).
Second, all these vitamins are necessary for proper functioning of the body and with the exception of B3 (produced in small quantities by the body) and B12 (stored in certain organs), the other vitamins in the B complex must be provided by your diet on a regular basis, since they are not stored and quickly eliminated. The daily needs are different for each of them, but one thing is for sure, they are essential for your body.
B-group vitamins are best known for helping improve physical and mental performance after a period of effort. As an excellent source of antioxidant, they contribute to a sense of well-being, help metabolize proteins, fats, carbohydrates, and help in the proper development and maintenance of bones and cartilage. They promote the formation of tissues and red blood cells, in short, they are simply essential to maintaining good health!
What's really great about Land art Canada is that they offer a neutral version, an "Energy" version, and a "Zen" version of this complex. You can therefore adapt your supplement according to your current needs. Today, I focus on the B-Complex energy because that's what I personally need, but I'll soon write another article on the "Zen" version.
This product combines all the benefits of a balanced vitamin B complex, specially adapted and enriched with Siberian ginseng and guarana, known to help improve physical and mental performance. So, in addition to preventing deficiencies, this supplement gives you the energy you need to get through the few weeks until a well-deserved Spring.
Having tried it, I can guarantee that you will find your days shorter and your daily tasks less strenuous! For me, the difference was striking! We do not realize the effect that a deficiency, however small, can have on us until we fix it.
There are countless possible reasons for the lack of B-complex vitamins, but if my article speak to you, I suggest you check with your natural health professional and get the Land Art B-Complex energy for the little boost you need!
