For information, please communicate with our customer service department by email, or call us toll-free at 800 445-0441. It will be our pleasure to answer your questions from Monday to Friday between 8 am and 12 pm or between 1 pm and 5 pm.

Delivery Time and Rates

Delivery in Canada

Delivery in Canada is free with a minimum purchase of $ 75 or more before taxes. Our fixed shipping rate for delivery in Canada is $10. The normal delivery time is 2 to 5 business days, except if the item is temporarily out of stock. A tracking number will be provided by email with confirmation of order.

Delivery to the United States and Outside of Canada

It is currently not possible to ship our products outside of Canada.

Lost Package

It rarely happens that packages are lost during transportation. If this problem should occur, please e-mail us or call us toll-free at  800 445-0441, from Monday to Friday between 8 am and 12 pm or between 1 pm and 5 pm. First of al, we will check with you the delivery address that we have on file and if the address given is not the correct one, all costs incurred for the return of the package will be at the customer's expense. If a package is lost and the address on file is correct, please rest assured that we will follow up with Canada Post. You may also follow the status of your order using the link provided in your order confirmation e-mail. Canada Post indicates that a response will be issued within 10 business days following a claim, to advise if the item has been found or if it is definitely lost. If your package has not been found after ten (10) days, we will resend the items for free. You will be updated throughout the process.

Perishable Goods

Our policy is to ship products that have the longest possible expiry date from the order date. Specifically, our objective is to ship products with an expiry date that is superior to six (6) months, depending on the nature of the product. If we cannot respect this commitment, we will communicate by e-mail to advise you of the available expiry date and ask if you still wish to receive the same product.

Objects Damaged During Transportation

Land Art is committed to shipping products that are in proper condition for sale and to package them appropriately to avoid damage during transportation. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us by e-mail or call us toll-free at  800 445-0441, from Monday to Friday between 8 am and 12 pm or between 1 pm and 5 pm, to let us know. We will need photos to complete the file.

Address error

Land Art pays particular attention to the delivery of packages. Thus, we make sure that the packages are sent to the address provided by the customer. If an address error occurs and we have shipped to the address provided, Land Art is released from all liability. The return costs will therefore be borne by the customer.
