Ajoutez une dose de vitalité à vos plats avec ce pesto revisité à la spiruline ! Riche en antioxydants, en protéines et en nutriments essentiels, il accompagne parfaitement les pâtes, les légumes grillés ou encore les tartines.
Ingredients (for about 1 jar) :
50 g fresh basil
30 g sunflower seeds or pine nuts
1 measuring spoon Land Art Spirulina Extra
50 g grated Parmesan (or nutritional yeast for a vegan version)
1 clove garlic
10 cl olive oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
In a blender, add the basil, sunflower seeds (or pine nuts), Parmesan, peeled garlic and spirulina.
Blend in pulses until slightly granular.
Gradually blend in the olive oil and lemon juice until the pesto is smooth.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Store in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to a week.
Tip: For a more liquid texture, add a dash of water or extra olive oil. You can also vary the flavors by replacing the basil with arugula or parsley!
