Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- ½ cup natural peanut butter
- ¼ cup puffed quinoa
- ¼ cup shredded coconut
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp blue spirulina
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Take 2 tablespoons of the mixture and form small balls with your hands.
- Store in the refrigerator or freezer.

Spirulina Land Art and White Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup flour 1 tsp Land Art spirulina
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/3 cup chopped vegan white chocolate
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup chopped macadamia nuts
Instructions - Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, coconut sugar, and spirulina.
- In another bowl, whisk together maple syrup, oil, and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold this mixture into the dry ingredients without overmixing.
- Add white chocolate and macadamia nuts, and mix well.
- Using an ice cream scoop, place the dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool completely before enjoying.
