Cancellation of an order

To cancel an order in progress, please email us at [email protected] or call customer service toll-free at 1 800 445-0441.
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled as shipping charges have already been incurred.

Return of goods

Please note that this policy only applies to orders placed via landart.ca or by phone. For Land Art product orders placed via other websites or in stores, please refer to their respective return policies.

You can return your merchandise within thirty (30) days of receiving your order. Products must be undamaged and in their original packaging.

To return your order or certain products, simply email us at [email protected] or call us toll-free at 1-800-445-0441 to obtain a return authorization number and specify which product(s) you wish to return. Further instructions will be provided.

The refund will be issued to your credit card within 1 to 3 business days after the product has been received at our warehouse and its condition has been assessed by a Land Art manager. The applicable refund corresponds to the price paid by the customer for the product(s), including taxes, less the shipping amount and a 5% administrative fee. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
