With summer finally starting to show itself—and to celebrate the long-awaited end of lockdown (while still following government recommendations, of course)—why not mark the occasion with some refreshing drinks?
Now that public health measures are easing, it’s still not the time to let up on the habits that support good health. Land Art is here to help! Land Art offers a wide variety of liquid supplements designed to support everyday wellness across many different needs. Contrary to what many people think, taking supplements doesn’t have to be boring or feel like a chore. Supplements can be easily incorporated into your daily routine—so naturally, they go almost unnoticed.
Here’s an example of a summer day where we’re suggesting three completely different drinks for three different moments of the day, packed with great ingredients and featuring high-quality Land Art supplements that help support your overall well-being.
What’s better than an energizing homemade slush to start the day off right? This slush includes fresh, refreshing ingredients—and we also suggest adding Land Art Volta and Land Art Aloe Vera.
Land Art Volta is an energy drink that helps increase physical and mental endurance and performance, without the negative side effects often associated with energy drinks—or even coffee. Meanwhile, Land Art Aloe Vera Juice offers benefits that help soothe discomfort caused by irritated mucous membranes, support and regulate digestive and intestinal functions, and promote toxin elimination.

Add all ingredients to a blender and add more water as needed to achieve a smooth slush texture.
*Note: Volta is energizing—avoid drinking it in the evening if you don’t want to be up all night.
For a refreshing afternoon, we’re offering a “tiki-style” cocktail recipe—perfect to enjoy by the pool or on the patio with a good book and nowhere to be. Adding Land Art Collag-n to the recipe brings a wellness boost to your day, as it helps support the development and maintenance of bones and cartilage.
Nothing feels more summery and festive than a cocktail served right in a fruit. When you hollow out your pineapple, leave a bit of flesh inside—the fruit will hold up better, and that juicy pineapple soaked in this exotic mix will be delicious to eat with a spoon afterward!

Cut off the top of the pineapple and set it aside. Carefully hollow out the pineapple without piercing the skin. Cut the pineapple flesh (excluding the core) into cubes, then blend it with the remaining ingredients until smooth and frothy. Serve directly in the pineapple. Garnish with fresh fruit and enjoy with a straw.
“Chia fresca” is a very popular drink in Central America and it’s becoming more and more popular around the world. To wrap up the day, here’s a refreshing summer drink: a cucumber chlorophyll chia fresca. Enjoy it as-is, or turn it into a cocktail. It’s a great way to load up on antioxidants while benefiting from the addition of Land Art Unflavoured Chlorophyll 5x, known for its detoxifying, anti-inflammatory, and antiseptic properties.

Blend water with ⅔ of the diced cucumber until very smooth. Strain through a fine sieve to collect the cucumber juice. Add lime juice, sugar, and chlorophyll, then mix well.
Add a few pieces of diced cucumber, 1 tsp chia seeds, and a few mint leaves to each glass, then fill with ice. Pour in the cucumber mixture, let the chia seeds swell for a few minutes, then enjoy with a straw.
Even after a beautiful day in the sun—full of refreshing drinks and wellness—don’t forget to take your Vitamin D, since it’s beneficial year-round.
