Delivery costs and times

Delivery in Canada
Shipping is free in Canada with a minimum purchase amount of $70 or more, before taxes and after discounts. Below this amount, shipping costs in Quebec and Ontario are $14.50 while they are $18 for the Maritimes and Western Canadian provinces. The normal delivery time is 2 to 5 business days, except in case of temporary inventory shortages. Land Art sends a shipping confirmation email when the order is shipped. In the shipping confirmation email, you will find the tracking number of your package and you can subscribe to carrier notifications to follow the progress of your package tracking. If after 3 business days, you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please contact us at: [email protected]. Please note that Land Art does not send an email to confirm the delivery of the package. The customer is therefore responsible for tracking their order with the tracking number provided in the shipping email from the carrier.

Shipping to the United States and outside of Canada
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship our products outside of Canada. However, you can now order some Land Art products in the United States via Amazon.com.

Lost package
It’s rare for a package to get lost in transit. If this happens, please email us or call us toll-free at 1-800-445-0441, Monday through Thursday, between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. or 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. If a package is lost, rest assured that we will follow up on the matter. If your package is not found after ten (10) days, we will resend the products free of charge in a second shipment. You will be kept informed throughout the process. You can also view the status of your order via the link included in your order confirmation email.

Stolen package
After the email confirming shipment has been sent, it is your responsibility to track your package. There will be no message confirming the arrival of your package. Once delivered to your door, Land Art will not be responsible for the theft of your package. Please take the necessary steps to ensure its security and avoid any risk of theft.

Perishable products
Our policy is to ship products with an expiration date as far away as possible from the order date. Specifically, our goal is to ship products with an expiration date greater than six (6) months, depending on the nature of the product. If we cannot meet this commitment, we will contact you by email to inform you of the expiration date and ask if you still wish to receive the product.

Items damaged during transport
Land Art makes sure to ship items in conformity with the sale condition and to properly package them to avoid any breakage during transport. If you receive a damaged item, please email us or call us toll-free at 1-800-445-0441, Monday to Thursday between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. or between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m., to let us know. We will need photos to complete your file.

Address error
Land Art pays particular attention to package delivery. We ensure that packages are sent to the address provided by the customer. If an address error occurs and we have indeed shipped to the address provided, Land Art disclaims all liability. Return shipping costs will therefore be the customer’s responsibility.
