Land Art’s MelatoZen Extra helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep while promoting temporary relaxation and improving overall sleep quality. Thanks to its natural ingredients, including L-theanine and melatonin, you will plunge into deep and restorative sleep. The 250 ml format gives you 50 doses.
Melatonin is a hormone released in the pineal gland that helps regulate our sleep-wake cycles, also known as circadian rhythms. Research suggests that older adults and people with certain medical conditions often have lower melatonin production which can contribute to sleep disorders and disturbances.
Dosage and directions for use:
- Adults (18 years and over): 5 ml once a day before bedtime.
Contraindications:
- Avoid alcohol or other products that may cause drowsiness.
- Do not drive or operate machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin.
- Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Drug interactions :
Before using a natural sleep product, consult a doctor or healthcare professional if you are taking medication:
