Dosage and how to use

Children (1 to 8 years old): 1 teaspoon ( 5 ml ) per day.
Adolescents (9 to 17 years old): 2 teaspoons (10 ml) per day.
Adults (18 years and older): 1 tablespoon (15 ml) per day.

Ideally, take in the morning with breakfast.
May be mixed into a glass of juice.

Precautions and warnings

Do not use if the security seal is broken.

Efficace!

Très efficace pour la baisse d'énergie saisonnière... Même mon conjoint qui n'est pas très "granola" en ressent les bénéfices.

The taste reminds me of the old school Flintstone vitamins I used to take as a child. Love that you can put this in juice or just water if you want. For all the vitamins packed in this, I hope it works and gives me the supplementation I need.
