Realistic Expectations and Positive Changes Comments:I’ve never been a big fan of “big pharma” prescriptions or herbal supplements. While the benefits are often highlighted in bold, the small print can reveal contradictions—like fixing one issue while affecting another organ. As a senior, I prefer to minimize my drug intake and rely on a balanced diet. However, with the rising prevalence of issues like dementia, Alzheimer’s, brain fog, and reduced cognitive function among seniors, I decided to give ULTIMATE MIND by Land Art a try. With its six active ingredients, including Bacopa Monnieri, Ginkgo Biloba, L-Theanine, caffeine, and Siberian ginseng, it promised to enhance memory, focus, and overall mental sharpness.I’ve been taking this supplement for about a month now, and evaluating its impact wasn’t straightforward - unlike testing a tangible tool. Instead, I conducted simple self-tests with crossword puzzles, Sudoku, and exercises to assess my memory and focus. Here’s what I’ve noticed:1. I now have the mindset to tackle a well-deserved exercise regimen which I always found an excuse not to do.2. I no longer feel the need for my usual midday nap. I have more energy for DIY projects around the house.3. I’ve been able to tackle crosswords and Sudoku puzzles at higher difficulty levels.4. The brain fog has lifted, allowing me to focus more clearly on tasks.5. My memory - both short-term and long-term - has improved. I recall names, dates, and details better than before.Bottom-Line:While I don’t expect any supplement to reverse a lifetime of sometimes poor lifestyle and health decisions, the results so far have been quite impressive. Kudos to the Land Art team for focusing on these brain health issues. 5 stars for innovation and effectiveness!

In just three weeks I have noticed a positive result I have used various nootropics over the last few years and have also done a lot of research into what works and what ends up being snake oil. The ingredients listed on this product, especially the Huprezine A, have been shown to provide cognitive support and possible memory loss reversal in several scientific tests. There are a few other options that include Huprezine A but at a fraction of the 100mcg that is included in each capsule in this product. Each of the other ingredients listed has also shown very good performance when treating issues that typically develop as humans get older, especially when talking about memory loss or the reduced speed in recalling things.I've been using this now for three weeks and can say that I do feel it's working. While it hasn't brought me back to the kind of mental condition I was in back in the early 20's, it is taking less time to bring up things when recalling something during a conversation. This leads to feeling better overall so the product provides not just one positive result. The recommendation is two capsules per day. It does not specify if they should be taken together. When I get to see my healthcare provider and he does some testing in a week I'll find out if there is an advantage to taking them at once or one in the morning and one before bedtime as he's recommended with other products.???? Before starting any supplement that's not a "standard," such as Vitamins C and D, it's a good idea to talk with your healthcare provider. I always see our holistic practitioner and have him test whether or not I should be using anything new. Everyone's physiology and nutrition requirements can vary greatly.Since it has already been shown to offer better recall in just three weeks, I have already ordered a second bottle. That said, while the results have been positive, there has been nothing spectacular to mention. The product is made for a Canadian company but the label does not state where it's made.It does have a Heath-Canada approval number - NPN 80127372 and expiry shows as OC 2027If it continues to provide an increase in recall capability, I will have no problem ordering again. For a 30-day supply, the current price (as I write the review) of $29.99 is in line with other options.

Subtle Boost Without Jitters I was intrigued by this supplement since I often struggle with concentration and focus, and I’m always on the lookout for natural ways to support improvement. Initially, I hesitated to order it due to the caffeine content. I usually limit myself to two cups of coffee per day, consumed early in the morning, and I worried about feeling jittery. However, the caffeine amount seemed low enough, so I decided to give it a try as a midday option when needed.I took it for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised—no jitteriness at all. I did feel more alert, though the sensation is a bit hard to describe. It wasn’t a negative feeling, just different. I can’t say for sure whether it improved my focus completely since my job involves constant multitasking and interruptions. That said, I did notice I was better able to pick up where I left off when I was interrupted, which was a huge plus. This isn’t something I plan to use daily, but I’ll be selective about when I take it. So far, I’m intrigued and plan to continue testing it out. If I notice any notable changes, positive or negative, I’ll definitely update this review.
