Children and adolescents : Consult a health care practitioner
Adults: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) once daily. Take once daily at or before bedtime.
Warnings and Contraindications:
– Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking medication for seizures, blood pressure, medications that suppress the immune system, medications that affect mental status or increase sedation, steroids or blood thinners, if you have cardiovascular, immune, liver, or chronic kidney disease, a hormonal or seizure disorder, asthma, depression, diabetes, low blood sugar, or migraines, or if insomnia persists beyond 4 weeks.
– Avoid consuming alcohol or any other product that may cause drowsiness. Do not drive or operate machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin.
– Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Known side effects:
– Discontinue use if an allergy occurs or if you experience headache, confusion, or nausea.
Other information:
– Shake well before use
– Keep refrigerated after opening.

Best sleeping aid EVER ! This product is an absolute game changer. I have been using this product for a little over a month now , It helps me relax before bed ( calming the brain chatter) and enables me to fall into a deep sleep without waking up in the middle of the night with never ending thoughts racing through my mind. Get better sleep & relaxation with this liquid melatonin supplement ???? This is a good solution to find that drowsy feeling before bed if you have trouble trying to sleep. So helpful if you’re travelling or have a busy work schedule for example.I’ve only used melatonin in tablet form prior to trying this one by Land Art. It’s a nice change! The taste is pretty good for a fruit punch flavour, the very opposite of common bold tasting liquid meds, fortunately!There are some awesome certifications on this product - gluten free, sugar free, vegan, dairy free, to name a few. My favourite thing of all, is that it’s a Canadian company. Love to support local!I find this a helpful aid to relax my active mind before bed, especially if I’ve had a particular jam-packed or rough day. I have a TBI and I take meds that help with my sleep issues. However, sometimes if I only have half my prescription remaining, or I’m without it for a night or so if it’s being renewed, MelatoZen has come in as a life saver. I can feel it working fairly quickly, as that “I need to go to bed feeling” eases into my eyes. Pleasant to use I use melatonin from time to time and although it is not possible to tell objectively how effective they are, I feel like they help with my sleep. This product interestingly has L-Theanine along with melatonin. L-Theanine is related to relaxation as well as alertness, so it is a peculiar combination for me, but they seem to work, although it is impossible to say whether it is a pseudo effect.The liquid form is pleasant to use; normally melatonin is taken as tablets. It is quite watery, but has a very light fruity and sweet taste. While taking a tablet with any drink is more practical than measuring a liquid with a spoon and keeping the opened bottle in the refrigerator, it is still pleasant to use, and the liquid form might be helping with faster action. It seems that the sweetness comes from Stevia, so hopefully no extra calories or energy from there, but it is not clear what the composition of "natural fruit punch flavors" contain. It is also interesting to see the "only natural ingredients" claim as melatonin is quite low in natural ingredients and is usually produced synthetically.By the way, the bottle uses the "peel-to-see-more" type of stickers on it, so there is much more text underneath the sticker that you don't see on the product page. That's where you can also find the nonmedicinal ingredients like citric acid, natural fruit punch flavor, and stevia.Overall it seems pleasant to use this liquid form. I do have several different melatonin products in tablet form, and they are probably easier to store or carry with you, but I am hoping the liquid form might be more fast acting, while some tablets boast about slow time-release. Both claims have their merits, depending on your situation, but it is nice to have this as an alternative. L-Theanine is also an extra ingredient with this product.

Packs a punch and quick acting Got this for my own use since I'm a long time night worker and use melatonin on occasion to get a good "day" of sleep.This supplement is liquid and you only need 5 ml for a dose, make sure you measure it so you take the correct amount.It is a clear liquid and tastes lightly fruity; it is okay and not overpowering. The supplement contains both melatonin and L-Theanine.I found that the effect is quite fast compared to pills; the supplement contains no sugar as well so no fear of getting unwanted sugar just before you get to sleep.It is quite cheap also at around 50 cents per dose.A good product and made in Canada as well
